That’s why every project we complete comes backed by our two-year limited workmanship warranty. If paint begins to peel, blister, or chip due to improper application, we’ll make it right.
Warranty Coverage
This warranty is valid for two years from the date your project is completed. If any areas painted by our team show signs of failure due to our workmanship, we’ll return to fix them at no labor cost to you.
Filing a Warranty Request
To ensure a smooth claim process, you’ll need to:
Keep a copy of your original contract
Show proof of full payment
Allow us access to your property to inspect and carry out repairs
Cover the cost of materials used for the repairs

Warranty Exclusions
Our warranty does not cover:
Projects where we didn’t supply the paint or materials
Areas not completed by our team
Varnished finishes or galvanized metal surfaces
Decks, railings, steps, porches, or any horizontal surface prone to water pooling
Exact color matching (due to fading over time)
Issues caused by defective paint, stain, or other materials
Natural staining (e.g., rust, cedar bleed, knots)
Pre-existing layers of peeling paint
Cracks in wood, plaster, or drywall
Nail pops or surface imperfections in siding or trim
Problems caused by structural defects, foundation shifts, moisture damage, weather extremes, accidents, misuse, or acts of nature
Any damage from abrasive cleaning, chemicals, or harsh environments
Additional Terms
This warranty applies only to the original purchaser listed on the signed contract and is not transferable. It replaces all other warranties, whether written or implied. Certain laws may offer you additional rights, which may vary by location.
